Regarding the capacity, 6 of them have double bed (200 x 200) + sofa which can be transformed in extra bed (150 x 190) and their capacity is 2+2. The other 5 suites are equiped with double bed and there can sleep max 2 persons.
The maximum capaciti of the hotel is 34 persons without a baby cots.
The large house consists of a ground floor (consisting of a reception, an office with a small apartment - a room, a restaurant, a kitchen and a laundry) surface of 198,74 m2and 3 floors with apartments total surface 574,10 m2 (on the first two floors there are 6 apartments and the third floor of 2 apartments). The total surface of the bigger house is 795m2.
The small house consists of ground floor and 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a wellness center and together with a hallway there is a surface of 63,72 m2.
In a small house on each floor there is 1 apartment and all 3 apartments have a total area of 206,85 m2, which together with the ground floor gives the total surface of a small house of 270,57 m2.
