Villas Ravlik are 18 two-storey apartments located in six detached triplexes in the village of Motički Gaj, Žabljak Community, Montenegro.

The usable area of each apartment is 44-45 sq. m. On the second level there are two double bedrooms with wardrobes for storing things, a bathroom with a shower, a corridor.
Each apartment has an exit from the living room to its own lawn – an excellent place to relax, arrange a playground, spend time with family and friends. In addition, there are parking spaces for cars corresponding to the number of apartments at the territory of the complex.
